英语口语测试评分标准

Evaluation Standards of Oral Examination

满分为100分，测试依据发音、准确性、流利程度以及交流能力四个部分判定3个等级。分数分别为15-25分、8-14分、1-7分。

The full mark is 100 points which is judged according to the examinees’ pronunciation, accuracy, fluency and communication capability in his\her talk. The final result is divided into three degrees with 15-25, 8-14, and 1-7 points as its marks.

具体标准如下：

The detailed standards are as following:

1．发音（包括声音大小、重音、语调、语气）

Pronunciation, including the examinees’ volume, strong accent, tone and tune mood.
　　15-25分：尽管有些读音错误，并且有受母语影响的迹象，但比较容易听懂且抑扬顿挫较流畅。

It is easy to be understood with appropriate tone and pause as well as speak fluently, although some words are given wrong pronunciation and strongly affected by mother tongue.
　　8-14分：由于发音受母语影响，使某些词不易听懂，有一些读音错误，受母语影响严重。

Some words can not be understood as the wrong pronunciation which is affected by the mother tongue obviously.

1-7分：考生的发音很难听懂。经常出现读音错误，受母语影响明显，语调不对且断断续续，给听者造成麻烦。

It is very difficult to be understood and the tone and tune are not continuous, which causes great trouble to the audience.

2．准确性（包括语法、用词及说话方式）

Accuracy, including grammar, words and phrase used, and speaking style

15-25分：有错误，但基本上能把意思表达清楚。所采用的句子结构规范，但处理复杂句子结果比较困难。对所熟悉的话题词汇较充分，但表达有欠缺。

The examinee can express himself\herself clearly with few mistakes. The sentence structure used is appropriate with some difficulty in dealing with complicated ones. The examinee is familiar with the common topic and able to use adequate vocabulary.

8-14分：有的意思表达不清。所采用的句子结构多为基本句式，且有语法及用词错误，对所熟悉的话题有一定词汇描述能力。

The examinee can not express himself\herself clearly with some simple structured sentences. In his\her expression, some grammatical and vocabulary errors can be found. The examinee can describe the familiar topics by using a limited vocabulary.

1-7分：表达令人费解，基本句子结构出现错误，缺乏用于交流的词汇。

The examinee expresses himself\ herself with some wrong sentence structures and small vocabulary.

3．流利程度（包括语速、长短句搭配）

Fluency, including speaking pace, the using of long and short sentences

15-25分：听者感觉不错，尽管有停顿，但较流利，能组织语言，用较长的句子表达，但有些句子不够完整。

Although some pause can be found in the expression, the examinee can organize the language well as well as using long and complicated sentences with few incomplete ones.

8-14分：听者需要耐心，尽管有停顿但基本流利，句子比较短。

The examinee uses short sentences and some pause in the expression, yet he\she can be understood with audience’s patience.

1-7分：听者需要非常耐心。经常中断且间隔较长。

A long time pause will be found continuously in the expression and the audience should be patient enough to finish the conversation.

4．交流能力（包括独立性、灵活性以及对谈话方式的把握）

Communication capability, including creativeness, flexibility and taking ways

15-25分：基本具有独立性。只是有时需要在考官提示下表达。在与考官的交流中占主导地位，回答所提问题较迅速。

The examinee can express himself\herself clearly and independently and little assistance is needed in the talk. During the conversation, the examinee has his\her initials.

8-14分：有时需要依靠考官的帮助完成表达。在交流中有不妥之处。不能很快回答所提问题。

The examinee sometimes needs the assistance of the examiners in order to finish his\her expression. Some expressions are used inappropriately and can not answer the question quickly.

1-7分：需要经常依靠别人的帮助才能完成表达。掌握了一些句式但使用不当，对考生的提问，反应慢，甚至没有反应。

The examinee can not finish the talk without the help of the examiners. The sentence structure is used in a wrong way and the examinee can not answer the question quickly or even can not understand the questions.
