Aiming at the selection of the development strategy of general aviation industry comprehensive demonstration area ofNanchang at the present stage，an improved TOPSIS method was adopted to conduct a comprehensive evaluation study. Firstly，SWOT was used in analyzing the key elements of the development of general aviation industry comprehensive demonstration areaand constructing the development strategy plans；AHP-TOPSIS method was applied to comprehensively evaluate the strategic plansand calculate the relative proximity degree of each alternative strategic plan，so as to select the optimal development strategic plan ofthe demonstration area.
