我喜欢酒店管理专业，我会一直在这个行业发展下去。下面是我近几年的职业规划：
1.2012年3月---12月，实习期间熟练酒店行业的基础知识，要学会发现问题解决问题，巩固咖啡知识，提高操作水平。为以后正式工作打好基础。
2.2013年，找到一家适合自己发展的酒店，摆好心态，从服务员做起。并在工作期间关注咖啡师大赛，并积极参加，征求取得好的成绩。
3.2014---2015年，经过努力工作，争取做到领班的岗位，跟客人建立良好的交流，为以后的发展，积累人脉。
4.2016年---2017年，争取做到经理的岗位，提高自己的领导能力，指挥能力和掌握大局的能力。
5.2018年，从酒店辞职，开一家自己的咖啡厅。
以上是我近几年的规划，我知道计划固然重要，但最重要的是行动，我会为了我的目标不断地努力下去，让对不起我的人们，都对我另眼相看。
