摘要：目的; 探讨微信视频护理模式对内科ICU心衰患者康复的影响。方法; 选取2016年9月～2017年10月我院接受治疗的ICU心衰患者82例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组41例。对照组采取半限制性探视，观察组在对照组基础上采取微信视频探视，比较两组感染情况（肺部感染、血管内导管感染及消化道感染）、患者焦虑状况及护理满意度。结果; 观察组入住ICU期间感染发生率为4.88%，低于对照组的19.51%，差异有统计学意义（P

Abstract：Objective; To explore the effect of WeChat video nursing model on rehabilitation of patients with heart failure in internal medicine ICU. Methods; A total of 82 patients with ICU heart failure treated in our hospital from September 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the research object，; and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method， with 41 cases in each group. The control group took semi-restricted visits， and the observation group took WeChat video visits on the basis of the control group to compare the infection status （pulmonary infection， intravascular catheter infection and digestive tract infection）， patient anxiety status and nursing satisfaction. Results; The incidence of infection during the ICU stay in the observation group was 4.88%， lower than 19.51% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; the incidence of anxiety in the observation group was 7.32%， lower than 41.46% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.24%， higher than that of the control group of 51.22%，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion; The WeChat video nursing model helps to reduce internal medicine ICU The incidence of infection in patients with heart failure improves their anxiety and improves nursing satisfaction.
