1. want to see = would like to see 想看。。。
Which film would you like to see?= Which film do you want to see? (which 有范围，what 无范围)
(want 只有一般现在时和一般过去时，没有其它时态)
2. They are discussing which film to see. = They are discussing which film they will see.(疑问词+to do =疑问词+陈述句) （看到疑问词+句子要会改疑问词+to do）
3. see a film =go to the cinema 看电影
4. read a film / travel guide 看/阅读 电影/旅游指南
5. this Saturday 这个周六，本周六
6. discuss=talk about 谈论，讨论
7. take a look at…= look at … 看一看
8. funny films 搞笑片
9. 倒装句
1) I like funny films. So do I （倒装句。 相当于I like funny films, too.）
2) I don’t like funny films Neither do I (相当于 I don’t like funny films, either.)
3) He is a good student. So am I
4) He isn’t good at maths. Neither am I.
5) They have been to Beijing. So have we.
6) We won’t go there. Neither will they.
（上句是肯定，应答用So; 上句是否定，应答用neither; 上句动词是行为动词，应答要借助动词，否则都不借。）(too “也”用于肯定句或疑问句，either “也”用于否定句)

11. 表达是何种类型的电影，可以直接说，如：action films ‘动作片’ , funny films ‘搞笑片’; 也可以用about 来说，如：films about adventures ‘冒险片’
12. What about ‘Police Story’? 警察故事怎么样？）相当于：What about going to see ‘Police Stor ’？或Shall we see ‘Police Story’? 我们看警察故事好吗？
（what about +n. 或doing “…怎么样？….做。。。怎么样？）
13. It’s an action film and it’s very exciting. 这是一部动作片，很令人激动的（很刺激的）。（exciting令人激动的/ excited 感到激动 interesting有趣的/ interested 感兴趣的 surprising令人惊讶的/ surprised感到惊讶 ing 结尾的adj 表示事物或人的特征；ed结尾的adj. 表示人的心情/感情。如：
1） The book is interesting. I am interested in it. 这本书很有趣。我对它感兴趣。
2） I was very excited when I was watching the exciting football game. 当我（当时）在看那场令人兴奋的足球赛时，我非常兴奋。
3） It is not surprising that many people come to visit Shanghai. 很多人来参访上海（这件事）是不惊讶的
4） I was surprised to see my father sitting at the back of our classroom. 我惊讶地看到我爸坐在教室的后面。
14. hate ‘讨厌’=don’t like hate doing 反义词是：like doing
15. rob v. 抢劫，偷 robber(s) 抢劫者，偷盗者
16. a policeman 一个警察(男) policemen （pl.） a policewoman （女） policewomen （pl.） the police 警察 （pl. 男女都有）
17.films about adventures 冒险片
about the adventures of some astronauts in space 有关几个宇航员在太空的冒险
（冒险前有the 表示特指几个宇航员在太空的冒险，而不是其他人在别处的冒险，往往有 ‘的’ 是特指/指定范围，需要用the 的标志。）
18.in space 在太空（无the ） in the sky 在空中 （有the ）
19.Shall we see….? ‘ 我们看。。。，好吗？ =Let’s see… (shall we)? 让我们看。。。吧. 让我们看。。。，好吗？ 或What about seeing…? 看。。。怎么样？ （都表示提建议）
20．a cartoon 一部卡通片
以下的对话表演目的是通过训练掌握划线部分的用法，其它部分顺序颠倒也没问题，只要
思路正确就可以，但表演要熟练。
S1: Which film would you like to see?
S2: I’d like to see Swan Lake. It’s a cartoon. It’s the greatest cartoon of the year. It’s a love story about a swan princess and a prince.
S3: I like action films.
S4: So do I.
S3:I don’t like films about love stories
S4:Neither do I.
S1: Shall we see ‘The Stupid Clown’ ?
S2: OK. Let’s see ‘The Stupid Clown’
（I like…. 我喜欢 I would like to 我想 注意like的不同意思）
1.the children’s diaries 孩子们的日记（children 是复数，已有“们”的意思，所以不能用s, 这里的‘的’就要用’s。 比较：her classmates’ suggestions 她的同学们的建议（这里的‘的’ 用’ ，因为前面有个s。也就是说‘的’可能是’,也可能是’s）
2.What kind of film is it? 它是哪种（类型的）电影？（回答用an action film/ a film about adventures等）
3.How long is the film? (duration后所标的时间就是答案，但回答的结构是：It lasts 80 minutes. last 是‘持续’ 的意思)
4.What is the best time for the children to see the film?
孩子们看这部电影的最佳时间是在哪个时间段？/孩子们最好什么时候去看这部电影？
