摘 要 大学生就业难，是近年来高校和社会不得不面对的严峻问题，而在这个大环境下，曾经有着就业优势的师范生，就业难的问题也日趋严重。本文从主观和客观的原因分析了师范生就业难问题产生的原因，并思考了解决这一问题的对策。
