刍议企业工会思想教育工作对职工生产积极性的促进
摘要：工会作为企业职工自己的组织和大家庭，应该积极开展职工思想教育工作，引导职工进一步解放思想、转变观念，最大限度地调动职工的积极性，为公司改革和发展提供思想保证和精神动力，工会要把做好职工思想政治教育工作，调动和发挥好职工的工作积极性和创造性作为加强职工队伍建设，促进企业发展的重要举措和手段。
