Inourcountry,theword"unemployment"wasseldomheardseweralyearsago.Butnow,increasinglymorepeoplearoundushavelosttheirjobs.Manychildren,includingalotofschoolgraduates,arefiredorneedtostickathome.Obviously,unemploymentisbecomingamajorsocialproblem.
Whatintheglobalisthecauseofthistypeofsituation?Ononehand,thisisasaresultoftheconomiccondition.Recently,ourcountry,hasundergonewonderfuleconomicreforms.soastodecoratetheefficiency,manystate-ownedenterprisesneedtofiresidenumeroustheiremployees.however,withtherapidprogressionofscienceandtechnology,mechanicalautomatonisincreasinglymorecommonwithinthemodemproduction.howeverthepopalationofourcountry,keepsincreasingonthesimilartime.manyofusneedjobsatthesametimeasfactoriesdesirefewerworkers.Unfortunately,itkindoffeelsthonthecontradictionwilllastforaverylongtimeperiod.
itisquiteessentialtounravelthisproblem,asitisgoingtostronglyinfluencethedevelopmentofoursociety.Frommyperspective,weshouldalwaysn’tonlyremainathomeandstayupforanopportunity.solongasyou’vearobustwill,you’recertaintogetsuccess.

在我国，在几年前“失业”很少听到。但是现在，我们周围越来越多的人失去了他们的工作。许多年轻人包括很多大学毕业生被解雇或不得不呆在家里。很明显，失业已成为一个严重的社会问题。究竟是什么原因导致这种情况的发生呢？一方面，是因为经济发展。近年来，我国经历了巨大的经济改革。为了提高效率，许多国有企业不得不解雇大量员工。在另一方面，随着科学技术的飞速发展，机械自动化被越来越广泛的应用在现代生产。但我国人口不断增加的同时。很多人都要找工作，工厂需要更少的工人。不幸的是，看来矛盾将持续很长一段时间。
这是很有必要的解决这个问题，因为它会严重地影响我们的社会发展。从我的角度来看，我们不能只呆在家里等待一个机会。只要你有坚强的意志，你肯定会成功。
