法舒地尔联合参麦注射液对充血性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

【摘要】Objective To observe the effect of fasudil combined with shenmai injection on congestive heart failure.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of congestive heart failure from January 2009 to December 2012 in Liangzhuang hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in control group were given routine strong heart,diuresis,oxygen inhalation,anti infection treatment; On the basis of this,the patients in observation group were given the treatment of the fasudil combined with shenmai injection.The curative effect and adverse reactions after 15 days continuous treatment were observed.Results After treatment for 15 days,heart failure condition of the patients with coronary heart disease in the observation group improved obviously than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; the improvement of cardiac function before and after treatment was statistically significant than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05) ; the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the two group showed no significant difference (P ＞0.05).Conclusions Fasudil combined with shenmai injection in treating congestive heart failure is ideal,which can significantly improve the functional status of the heart and it is worthy of popularization and application.%目的观察法舒地尔联合参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果.方法选取良庄医院2009年1月至2012年12月收治的120例充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组给予常规强心、利尿、吸氧、抗感染等治疗;观察组在此基础上加用法舒地尔联合参麦注射液治疗.连续治疗15 d后观察治疗效果及不良反应情况.结果治疗15 d后,观察组患者冠心病心力衰竭病情改善效果明显优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗前后心功能改善幅度明显大于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗期间不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论法舒地尔联合参麦注射液治疗充血性心力衰竭效果理想,可显著改善心功能状况,值得推广应用.
