探讨新时期医院工会财务工作

【摘要】Hospital unions play a very important role in hospital management. However, under the new situation, the union finance development is lagging behind, as it has affected the party's ties with the masses, “a bridge and link” role play, thus restricting the establishment of harmonious labor relations, public hospital system reform and efficiency, rule of law, has the responsibility to build a hospital public service system. Through the work of the new era of hospital financial thinking and discussion, propose appropriate measures and methods to enable the hospital to better play the role of trade unions.%医院工会在医院管理中发挥着非常重要的作用。但是在新形势下，工会的财务工作发展相对滞后，已经影响了它作为党联系群众的“桥梁和纽带”作用的发挥，进而制约了和谐劳动关系的建立、公立医院体制改革的深化和高效、法治、有责任的医院公共服务体系的构建。通过对新时期医院财务工作的思考和探讨，提出相应的措施和方法，使医院工会能够更好地发挥作用。
