加替沙星滴眼液与盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎疗效研究

【摘 ;要】目的：探讨加替沙星滴眼液与盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗细菌性角膜炎疗效。方法：选择我院100例2017年4月-2018年1月细菌性角膜炎患者。随机分组，盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗组采取盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗，加替沙星滴眼液治疗组则采取加替沙星滴眼液治疗。比较结果。结果：加替沙星滴眼液治疗组细菌性角膜炎疗效、细菌性角膜炎炎症控制时间相比较盐酸左氧氟沙星滴眼液治疗组更好，P结论：加替沙星滴眼液液治疗细菌性角膜炎效果确切，安全性高，但费用也较多。

【Abstract】Objective：;To investigate the efficacy of gatifloxacin eye drops and levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment of bacterial keratitis. Methods：;One hundred patients with bacterial keratitis from April 2017 to January 2018 were enrolled in our hospital. Randomly， the levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops treatment group was treated with levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops， and the gatifloxacin eye drops treatment group was treated with gatifloxacin eye drops. Comparing results. Results：;The efficacy of bacterial keratitis and bacterial keratitis in the treatment group of gatifloxacin eye drops was better than that of levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops in the treatment group （P<0.05）. Compared with the drug cost， the gatifloxacin eye drops treatment group was higher than the levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops treatment group， P<0.05. The adverse reactions of gatifloxacin eye drops in the treatment group were less than those in the levofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops treatment group.Conclusion：;Gatifloxacin eye drops are effective in the treatment of bacterial keratitis with high safety， but also cost more.
