【摘要】 目的：系统评价患者血小板与冷沉淀联合输注在大出血临床治疗中的效果。方法：计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、中国期刊全文数据库（CNKI）和万方数据库（Wanfang Date）。采用RevMan 5.3软件对15篇随机对照试验（RCTs）的1316例患者进行Meta分析。结果：与单用血小板相比，血小板与冷沉淀联合输注组的PT、APTT和平均止血时间均显著短（P0.05）；与单用冷沉淀相比，血小板与冷沉淀联合输注组的PT、APTT和平均止血时间均显著短（P
