水通道蛋白4的研究进展

【摘要】 水通道蛋白4（AQP4）是一种与水的通透性有关的蛋白，主要存在于中枢神经系统，并广泛表达于中枢神经系统的星形胶质细胞、脉络丛上皮细胞、室管膜上皮细胞等支持细胞中，目前大量研究表明，AQP4不仅与脑水肿的发生发展密切相关，同时还参与多种神经系统疾病的病理过程，对临床神经系统疾病的诊断及治疗具有重要的意义，本文就AQP4与几种常见神经系统疾病的联系作一综述。

【Abstract】 Aquaporin 4 is a kind of protein which is related to the permeability of water，mainly in the central nervous system.It express in astrocytes，choroid plexus epithelial cells，cell membrane epithelial cells and other supporting cells.At present a large number of studies show that AQP4 is not only related to the occurrence and development of brain edema，but also is involved in the pathological process of many kinds of nervous system diseases which is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical nervous system diseases.Therefore，this article reviews the relationship between AQP4 and several nervous system diseases.
