摘 要
随着社会的全面发展和市场经济体制改革不断深入实施，一方面，人民生活水平逐步提高。另一方面，随着企业竞争压力的不断加大，企业员工的工作压力也变得越来越大，这使得他们在日常工作中对办公环境的要求越来越高。现代办公环境可以促进办公效率的提高。因此，如何在办公空间的设计过程中体现人性化成为室内设计师关注的焦点随着科学技术的发展，现代办公空间的智能化程度不断提高，人们对生态办公空间的需求也在不断增加。办公空间已经从满足人们简单的办公需求发展到满足现代人的心理、个性和人际交往的需求，以及满足社会发展和国家的需求。通过对植物和材料的选择，设计师从景观设计、照明设计等方面着手，创造良好的办公环境。因此，如何将生态理念融入现代办公空间的空间功能设计，以满足现代人对办公空间的生态要求，是当代设计师需要关注的重点。办公空间是指处理工作事务的内部空间。在形式上，办公空间属于商业空间，其意义层次属于文化范畴。办公空间的设计风格和形式大多以企业文化为基础。不同的企业文化和精神内涵通过不同的企业品牌理念和管理策略来传达，并具有相应的社会属性。随着市场竞争的日益激烈，越来越多的人在办公时间里苦苦挣扎。人们在办公室的机械工作容易引起成人疲劳，对身心健康有害。所以在设计过程中要不断深入设计理念，使色彩的运用空间照明植物配备相互呼应融会贯通是设计中非常重要的环节。既要考虑人在环境中的舒适程度又要有设计美感使人在工作中也能彷佛置身于森林中。在设计中体现风格体现功能分区流线及智能化办公也是尤为重要的一点。但是我们讨论的核心重点还是在于色彩搭配植物配备照明设计这几个重点，这是体现设计风格重要的一点。

Abstract
With the overall development of the society and the deepening implementation of the reform of the market economy system, on the one hand, people's living standards have gradually improved. On the other hand, with the increasing pressure of competition in enterprises, the work pressure of employees has become more and more, which makes them have higher and higher requirements for the office environment in their daily work. Modern office environment can promote the improvement of office efficiency. Therefore, how to embody humanization in the design process of office space has become the focus of interior designers. With the development of science and technology, the intelligent degree of modern office space is increasing, and people's demand for ecological office space is also increasing. Office space has developed from meeting people's simple office needs to meeting the needs of modern people's psychology, personality and interpersonal communication, as well as meeting the needs of social development and the country. Through the selection of plants and materials, designers start from landscape design, lighting design and other aspects to create a good office environment. Therefore, how to integrate the ecological concept into the space function design of modern office space to meet the ecological requirements of modern people for office space is the focus of contemporary designers. Office space refers to the internal space dealing with work affairs. In form, office space belongs to commercial space, and its meaning level belongs to cultural category. The design style and form of office space are mostly based on corporate culture. Different corporate culture and spiritual connotation are conveyed through different corporate brand concepts and management strategies, and have corresponding social attributes. With the increasingly fierce market competition, more and more people are struggling in office hours. People's mechanical work in the office is easy to cause adult fatigue, which is harmful to physical and mental health. Therefore, in the process of design, it is very important to keep in-depth design concept and make the use of color space lighting plant matching each other.
