To head of the year

I would to ask for a casual leave of absence from July 15 2013 to July 19 2013 for Kelly HE. Kelly is asked to go back to Hong Kong to replace her new ID card. She needs to go back to collect her fingerprint and photograph. Thank you for your understanding and I do appreciate it very much. I will make every effort in making up what Kelly may miss from your lesson.
