摘 要 本文从分析了双导师制在培养全日制专业型硕士研究生的作用，讨论了双导师制在落实中存在的主要困难，并且针对在培养专业研究生中企业导师存在的问题，提出了合理的规范措施，对加强企业导师的作用提供了参考意见。

Abstract This paper investigated the content of double tutorial system for full-time professional graduate students. The main difficulty in promoting the work of double tutorial system was discussed. Appropriate standard measures were presented in order to settle the problem originating from business tutor， and provided reference to develop the action of business tutor.
