Schindler 5400 AP 系列电梯是瑞士迅达电梯公司针对亚太地区市场特点而推出的中高档乘客电梯。该产品主要面向亚洲市场，同时出口大洋洲，东欧，非洲等地区。其设计特别考虑了中国大陆市场对建筑物的使用要求，人口和运载量的特殊需求，具有可靠,高效和灵活的特点。

该系列的无机房产品Schindler 5400AP MRL载重从630公斤到1600公斤，速度从1m/s到1.75m/s，最大停站数30层。非常适用于各种低中及高层楼宇如各种办公大楼中高档住宅楼，宾馆及博物馆等等。在需要时，它可以做成小机房方案(Schindler 5400AP MR)，满足不同建筑规划的要求。一种产品两种布置，可以简化电梯备件供应。

Schindler 5400AP MMR是小机房产品,速度最高可以做到2.5m/s。最大停站数40层，可以用于各种中高层住宅和商务楼宇.

PMS420高效同步永磁无齿曳引机集中了瑞士迅达120多年的电梯技术和最新的研究成果。永磁电机具有超高的效率，与传统蜗轮蜗杆技术比较节能40%以上。无齿曳引技术的采用使Schindler 5400AP电梯的乘坐舒适感达到了前所未有的程度，而且安全性能更高，同步技术使电机的控制精度更好，电梯的运行性能更加良好。

Variodyn新一代集成同步变频驱动系统使Schindler 5400AP系列电梯在速度控制，舒适感，精确度和能效方面具有突出优势，从而领先于业界。Variodyn变频驱动系统以最佳的表现控制电梯的整个行程，对电梯加减速的每一级进行分别确定并加以持续检测，以确保电梯在任何载重条件下都能达到平稳的运行和精确的速度控制。

瑞士迅达的电机惯性低，能以低速实现精确的位置控制。平层精度在3mm之内，且在经过数年的连续使用后还能保持最佳效率和低噪音。

Variodyn 系统完全体现了迅达公司的模块化设计思想，易于维护，适合各种建筑物的使用情况且总占有成本低。

控制系统

Schindler 5400AP系列电梯采用迅达最新研制的电梯控制系统:

Miconic MX-GC/ Miconic-10。Miconic MX-GC的核心服务成本计算原则是最先进最精确的调度原则。它使候梯及运行时间最低，自动上行高峰及下行高峰电梯运行模式切换以及空轿厢自动分配等功能为办公用楼的垂直交通处理提供了极大的方便。Miconic MX-GC不仅具有普通控制系统所有的功能，而且发展了例如保留运行，独立运行，优先运行，消防功能，司机控制等其他特殊控制功能。它可同时群控六台电梯，其先进的模块化设计，以太网的群控通讯系统大大提高了整个运输系统的有效性。

Miconic-10是迅达发明并获独有专利权的革命性电梯控制系统。这一技术也使迅达在控制技术方面处于全面领先的地位。Miconic-10的优越性在于能够收集到比其它任何控制系统更多的信息，它通过乘客在电梯厅外登记目的楼层的方式，使控制系统及早的了解乘客的各种信息，例如乘客的数量，性质，是否残疾人，目的楼层等等。控制系统接受到乘客信息，进行分析处理。然后调度一台最适宜的电梯去乘客所在楼层应答。

Miconic-10的这套特殊的设计和调度模式在组织大楼的垂直交通方面明显优于传统型控制系统。它可减少电梯在运行中的停站数，同时通过预先的控制和安排使电梯的运载能力达到相当高的水平。五分钟运载能力指标可提高30%左右。Miconic-10由于具有交互式的输入方式，使得大楼对电梯的管理轻而易举，通过键入特定的密码Miconic-10能实现不同的电梯功能或满足客户的各种特殊需求，使用Miconic-10电梯的用户都会发现电梯不仅只是简单的工具了。它的出现已大大改变了现在的大楼运输和管理模式是电梯发展的里程碑。

安全系统
