中药熏蒸联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病40例疗效观察

【摘要】目的：观察中药熏蒸联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法：将80例寻常型银屑病病人随机分为2组各40例。治疗组采用中药熏蒸联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗；对照组仅采用窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组为92.5 %，对照组为77.5%，两组对比，差异具有显著性意义（p<0.01）。结论：中药熏蒸联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好，安全性高，不良反应少。

【abstract】 objective: to observe the effects of fumigation narrow band ultraviolet radiation combined treatment of psoriasis vulgaris in the clinical efficacy. methods: 80 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases.combined treatment group herbal fumigation treatment of narrow-band ultraviolet radiation; the control group using only the narrow band ultraviolet irradiation. results: the total effective rate was 92.5% in treatment group and control group was 77.5%, compared the two groups, the difference was significant （p <0.01）. conclusion : medicine fumigation combined narrow band ultraviolet radiation treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is effective, safe, adverse reactions.
