*欧阳光明*创编 2021.03.07 摘要 欧阳光明（2021.03.07） 本文通过对国内外人口估算方法进行研究，分析了常用的城市人口估算方法的特点和不足，对土地利用密度法进行了改进。本课题以长春市朝阳区为研究区，通过从遥感影像中提取居住地，建立城市人口居住类型和人口数量之间的数学关系，即采用改进的土地利用密度模型对长春城市朝阳区人口进行估算。改进了土地利用密度法以达到避开抽样区选择的目的，期望通过这种方法减小人口估算结果的误差。通过建立数学模型、利用人口统计数据直接估算出城市的人口密度，提出的方法不需要实地抽查人口密度，减少了估算的工作量，建立的数学模型没有抽样的随机性误差影响，结果从整体上达到最优。该方法对于城市和农村都适用,难点在于土地利用信息的提取即居住地的提取和居住地类型的划分，人口估计的精度也主要取决于土地利用分类的详细程度和分类精度。与原来的土地利用密度法相比，不仅减小了误差，还增加了适用范围，不仅可以对人口总是进行估算，还可以得到人口密度分布、土地利用状况、功能区结构等诸多相关资料，对于城市规划、建设和环境保护等均具有重要意义。 关键词：遥感影像；目视解译；人口密度；土地利用密度法；GIS Abstract Based on the research on domestic and foreign population estimate method, *欧阳光明*创编 2021.03.07 *欧阳光明*创编 2021.03.07 the paper analyzes the characteristics and insufficient of common urban population estimate method and improves land use density method. Taking Chaoyang district of Changchun for research, this topic establishes the mathematical relationship between the city population living type and population through extracting living area from the remote sensing image. Namely, it uses the improved land use density model to estimate population of Chaoyang district of Changchun. We improve the land use density method to avoid choosing sampling district and expect to decrease population estimate errors. This method which use the population statistics data to directly estimate the urban population density through establishing mathematical model need not randomly select population density and reduce the workload of population density estimate, so the mathematical model is no influence by random sampling error, and the result is the optimum on the whole. This method is suitable for both urban and rural land. The difficulty lies on the extraction of land using information known as residence and the divide of the type of residence. The precision of population estimates also depends mainly on detailed degree and classification accuracy of land use classification. With the original land use density compared, this method not only reduces the error, but also increases the using scope. It not only can estimate the population, still can always get lots of related material, such as population density distribution, land use status, functional area structure, etc. So it is of great significance for urban planning, urban construction and environmental protection, ect. *欧阳光明*创编 2021.03.07
