酒店管理专业现代学徒制项目试点研究

摘 要 本文以现代学徒制为研究对象，以武汉职业技术学院酒店管理专业学徒试点为研究案例，阐述了我院现代学徒制试点目标、试点内容、建设校企互聘共用的师资队伍的机制，在此机制的指引下总结了酒店管理专业在关键职业能力点、人才培养方案和课程建设等内容。

Abstract In this paper， the modern apprenticeship system as the object of study， Wuhan Vocational and Technical College hotel management professional apprentice pilot for the study case， elaborated our hospital modern apprentice system pilot goals， pilot content， the construction of school teachers and teachers sharing the mechanism of mutual mechanism under the guidance of the hotel management professional in the key professional ability points， personnel training programs and curriculum construction and so on.
