Eclipse下RTC插件安装手册
环境：
此插件能兼容内核为V3.6.2及以上的Eclipse版本
安装步骤：
1、启动Eclipse，选择菜单Help > Install New Software
2、在Available Software窗口，去掉选择“contact all update sites during install to find required software”。
3、点击Add。在 Add Repository 窗口, 点击 Archive 并找到RTC-Client-p2Repo-4.0.1.zip所在位置，点击OK
4、选择Rational Team Concert Client (extend an Eclipse installation)
5、点击Next, 点击Next ，接受license agreement,点击Finish。
6、在安装过程中显示安全警告窗口，点击OK
7、安装结束后点击 Restart Now
