水利技能型人才培养调研报告

        摘要：党的十八届五中全会把水利作为推进五大发展的重要内容，作出一系列战略部署，提出新的明确要求，水利部提出了治水兴水管水的新思路。如何跟上水利改革的步伐，将培养传统水利人才向培养现代化水利人才转变是目前水利高职院校面临的重大问题，本文以长江工程职业技术学院水利人才培养为例，面向8个省，31家企事业单位开展了大规模调研，分析了水利行业背景与人才需求状况，水利类人才培养的技能要求，并提出了水利类技能型人才培养改革的方向和措施。

        Abstract： The Party's Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee has made water conservancy as the important content to promote the five developments. A series of strategic deployment is made， and new clear requirements are put forward. The Ministry of Water Resources has put forward the new idea of water conservancy and water management. How to keep up with the pace of the reform of water conservancy and change the training mode from training traditional water conservancy talents to training modern water conservancy talents is the major problem facing the higher vocational colleges of water resources. This paper takes water conservancy talents training in Changjiang Institute of Technology for example， carries out a large-scale investigation orienting at 31 enterprises and institutions in 8 provinces， analyzes the water conservancy industry background and talent demand conditions and water conservancy personnel training requirements， and puts forward the direction of the water conservancy skilled personnel training reform and measures.
