科技・探索・争鸣 Sc科ience&Te技ch视nology界 Vision 紫外分光光度法测定半枝莲黄芩苷的含量 Content Determination of Baicalin in Scutellaria Barbata by UV Spectrophotometry 戴平廖迎黄凤香韦汉燕 (桂林医学院,广西桂林541004) 【摘要1目的:建立紫外分光光度法测定半枝莲黄芩苷的含量的方法。方法:采用50%乙醇回流提取工艺和紫外分光光度法测定半枝莲 中黄芩苷的含量.以黄芩苷为对照品,在278nm波长处测量。结果:得黄芩苷回归方程y=56.985x+0.0083(r2=0.9996),表明黄芩苷在0.00272~ 0.0136mg/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好.平均加样回收率fn=6)以黄芩苷计为99.8%,RSD为O.58%。结论:此方法操作简单,精密度、稳定性和重 复性良好.可以用于半枝莲中黄芩苷的含量测定方法之一。 【关键词】半枝莲;黄芩苷;含量测定;紫外分光光度法 【Abstract]Objective:Establish UV spectrophotometry banzhilian baiealin eontent method.Methods:With 50%ethanol extraction process and uhraviolet speetrophotometry banzhilian content baicalin,baicalin as standard,measured at 278nm wavelength.Results:Baicalin regression equation was y=56.985x+0.083 fr2=0.9996).indicates that baicalin in the concentration range of 0.00272-0.O136mg/mL good linear relationship,the average recovery(n=61 to 99.8 meter baicalin,RSD was 0.58%.Conclusion:This method is simple,precision,stability and good reproducibility can be used banzhilian baicalin one method for the determination of the content. 【Key words]Barbata:Baicalin;Determination;UV spectrophotometry 黄芩苷异名贝加灵,黄芩素Ⅲ,淡黄色针状结晶.熔点223℃~ 225 ̄C。可溶于碳酸氢钠、碳酸钠、
