摘要：目的 研究腹部手术后患者静脉自控镇痛护理管理方案的应用效果。方法 将在我院实施腹部手术的患者142例作为研究对象，按照入院时间分为研究组和对照组，对照组71例，采用常规镇痛护理管理；研究组71例，实施术后静脉自控镇痛方式护理管理，比较两组患者实施不同护理管理效果。结果 研究组各项指标均优于对照组，具有统计学意义，P
