摘 要 这是一个恋爱情感问题的咨询个案。咨询者的主要问题是由于失恋，近一个月出现情绪低落、焦虑、注意力不集中等症状。遵循统一性、一致性、个性稳定性的原则，通过摄入性谈话，结合心理测试，对获得的临床资料进行比较印证，确定问题的性质，属于心理问题。采用“认知疗法”，妥善运用咨询技术，经过三个阶段的心理咨询，使求助者的情绪明显好转。咨询结束后回访，该求助者已顺利通过毕业考试，正以积极的心态走向社会。

Abstract This is a case of a love affair. The main problem is the result of the lovelorn， nearly a month of depression， anxiety， lack of concentration and other symptoms. According to the principle of unity， consistency and stability of personality， through the use of oral conversation and psychological test， the clinical data were compared to confirm the nature of the problem. The use of "cognitive therapy"， the proper use of consulting technology， after three stages of psychological counseling， so that the mood of those who seek help improved significantly. Consultation after the end of the visit， the person who has successfully passed the graduation examination， is a positive attitude towards society.
