摘; 要：2009年至今，新能源汽車行业发展到现在已有十年。行业发展初期，国家和地区陆续出台一系列政策鼓励新能源汽车行业的发展，为行业推广和发展提供了优质的环境，加快和推进了新能源汽车行业的发展。文章从该行业发展的现状、行业监管体制、国家政策法规三个方面展开研究，分析研究新能源汽车行业发展潜力，挖掘该行业潜在的社会效益和经济效益，为我国新能源汽车行业的发展和政策落地实施提供理论支撑，同时为新能源汽车企业的发展提供依据。

Abstract： The new energy vehicle industry has been developing for 10 years since 2009. The government had introduced a series of policies to encourage the development of the new energy vehicle industry in the early stage of its development. It provided a good environment to accelerate and advance the development of the industry. This paper studied the current situation， regulatory system， policies and regulations from three aspects， analyzed the development potential of the industry and explored the potential social and economic benefits from the current situation， regulatory system， and policies. It provided support for the development and policy implementation of the industry， as well as the basis for the development of automobile enterprises.
