To answer how to be a good leader, there is a necessity to know what contributes to a good leader.

In the first place, a good leader must have his unique wisdom in dealing with all sorts of difficult situations. The reason is simple: to be a leader, one must have to be capable of doing what others are unable to do. From this perspective, a qualified leader is expected to adopt a proper approach to make the greatest benefit while with the least loss. Convincing evidence in this case is former Premier Zhu Rongji who is renowned for his wit in answering tough questions from the press on government news conference. No matter what cynical questions he may receive, a satisfactory answer can always be uttered with a result of not damaging national image but still maintaining national interest. All in all, we can not expect ourselves to be a great leader like Abraham Lincoln or Premier Zhou. But at least we can try to be a good leader as long as we can be witty, willing to collaborate and respect others.
