[摘要] 目的 评价伊洛前列素联合抗凝治疗次大面积肺栓塞患者的疗效。 方法 2011年5月～2013年5月我院收治次大面积肺栓塞患者12例，常规予抗凝治疗后应用伊洛前列素（2.5～5.0）μg/15 min，每日6次吸入。对比吸入前后患者超声心动图、血氧饱和度、心率、呼吸频率、肺功能（PEF、FEV1、FVC、FEF、FEVE、MVV）。 结果 吸入伊洛前列素后，各项观测指标较吸入前相比均有不同程度的改善，与吸入前相比，除PEF和FEF两项外，差异均具有统计学意义（P

[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effection of iloprost combined with anticoagulant drugs on the patients of sub massive pulmonary embolism. Methods Twelve sub massive pulmonary embolism patients from May 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital were treated by conventional anticoagulant therapy and inhalation of iloprost [（2.5-5.0）μg/15 min， 6 times per day]. To compare the change on the ultrasonic cardiogram， oxyhemoglobin saturation， heart rate， breathing rate， pulmonary function（PEF， FEV1， FVC， FEF， FEVE， MVV） between pre-inhalation of iloprost and post-inhalation of iloprost.
