一、 数词one与代词one的区别

数词one指数字一，代词one代替前面提到过的人或事物

eg:1. I have one book,but he has three.It’s unfair.

2.This is not the one I want..

How many sisters do you have?—I have .

二、it ,one和that在用法上的不同

（1） it用来指特定的东西，复数用they，it只能用来指物，它所指的特定东西是前面提到过的某物，即指代的是同类同物！

eg: A:May I use your bike?

B:Sure, you can use it.=(the bike).

eg: A:May I use your books?

B:Sure, you can use them.=(the books).

Which of the table cloths do you like better,the green or the yellow ?

（2） one代替前面提到过的名词（人或物），并不特指（如特指应加限定词the,this）

eg:Can you lend me a pen? I’m sorry, I haven’t got one.(前面提到过的事物，不特指)

Which one do you prefer? This one on the left.（特指）

（3） that代表一个对等的部分，复数用those.

eg: The weather in Beijing is colder than that(=the weather)in Guangzhou.

（4） One的所有格形式是one’s，但只有当作主语时，句子中才能用one’s

eg: One must do one’s duty.

Should look after oneself.

Should be strick with oneself.

Everyone must do best to help others.

二、 One/Ones用法

（1） One/Ones可指人也可以指物.

Which one? –The one on the right.

Look at the girl. –Which one? The one in red skirt.

（2） One/Ones用来代替前面出现过的可数名词，可避免重复

Eg:This roon is dirty,please show me another one.

Do you have a computer?—Yes ,I have .

She has got a washer.I want to buy ,too.

There are forty new desks and ten old in the classroom.

Is this your shirt?—No, mine is a blue .

（3） One/Ones指的都是同类事物，one代替单数，ones指复数

Eg:A:Look,there are many pictures.

B:Which one(the picture) do you like best?

B:Which ones(the ppictures) do you like best?

Look at the boy.—which ? The wearing the blue sweater.

Which boxes are bigger?—These or those ?

I’v been looking for an umbrella,but I can’t find .

I like small cars better than large .

（4） One的前面可用the,this,that,which来修饰，同时还能用形容词来修饰！

Eg: There are three pens,which one is yours,this one or that one or the one in the pencil box.

I have an old bike, but he has a .

The pen is blue ,will you please give me a ?

The pens are blue ,will you please pass me some ?
