【摘 要】党的十八大以来，中央对意识形态工作高度重视。习近平总书记强调“意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要的工作”。党的十九大报告指出，要牢牢掌握意识形态工作领导权。培养和加强党员干部的意识形态能力之所以重要，是因为其事关党和国家的前途命运，事关中国特色社会主义道路的旗帜方向，事关全国人民团结奋斗的思想基础。
【Abstract】Since the 18th CPC National Congress， the Central Committee has attached great importance to ideological work. The general secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that the ideological work is an extremely important work of the party. The report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist party of China has pointed out that we must firmly grasp the leadership of the ideological work. It is important to cultivate and strengthen the ideological ability of party members and cadres because it relates to the future and destiny of the party and the country， and the banner direction of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics， and the ideological foundation of the whole nation's unity and work together.
