        [摘要] 目的 探讨基于“上下同治”理论的头针、腕踝针配合超早期床旁OT-PT训练对发病2周内脑卒中患者平衡功能的影响。 方法 选取2016年4～12月60例早期脑卒中患者按入院先后顺序随机分为实验组和对照组；对照组给予常规物理治疗与针刺治疗相配合，实验组给予头针、腕踝针配合超早期床旁OT-PT训练，在治疗前和治疗后分别运用改良Barthel量表和Berg平衡量表（BBS）对两组患者进行结果评估。 结果 实验组Barthel量表评定得分及BBS得分明显优于对照组（P

        Effect of scalp acupuncture and wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with ultra-early bedside OT-PT on the balance function of patients with stroke on the basis of the theory of “Shangxia Tongzhi”

        [Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of scalp acupuncture and wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with ultra-early bedside OT-PT training on the balance function of patients with stroke within 2 weeks on the basis of the theory of "shangxia tongzhi"（treatment for both the upper part and lower part of the body）. Methods From April 2016 to December 2016， 60 patients with early stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to order of admission for training； the control group was given given conventional physical therapy and acupuncture. The experimental group was given scalp acupuncture and wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with ultra-early bedside OT-PT training. Before treatment and after treatment， the modified Barthel scale assessment， Berg balance scale（BBS） assessment were used to evaluate the results of the two groups.
