Living healthy isn’t just about a strong and healthy body.It’salso about feeling good every day.It’s not hard to have a healthy lifestyle.

Having a good diet is an important part of a healthy lifestyle.Make sure you have vegatables and fruit every day. Avoid junk food.They have trans fats that can also be found in biscuits and cakes.Eating too much can lesd to heart disease.

Getting outdoors and being close to nature is also key.You can go for a walk,a hike or a bike ride. It is not only a great way to enjoy the beauty of the wild, ut it also helps you get rid of stress and anxisty.

Don’t spend much time chatting online or playing video games. You may think it is a way to relax.But reachers at the University og Gothenburg in Sweden point out that those who always use a computer or mobilephone can delelop stress and sleeping disorders.Children should linit their time in front of a screen to one or two hours per day,according to Reuters.

Creating a healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean quick changes.Making small changes in how you live each day can lead to big rewards.So find out how to be healthy today.
