China has a nationwide system of public education, which includes primary schools middle schools and universities. Nine years of education is technically compulsory for all Chinese students. It is well-known that Chinese education is exam-oriented education in the past. In China, examination and selection of students’ educations did not change obviously, and have a more serious trend.
The biggest advantage of Chinese education is the high efficiency. It is stated generally that people are forced out. And if there is not the kind of examination, in China, the human society, it is hard to imagine the consequences. On the other hand, this kind of education may make students have high scores but low abilities.
