I like doing sports very much. For me, my favorite sport is running. Every morning I get up at around 5:00 in the morning, and run around the park beside my home for about 1 hour. I have a good friend whose name is Jack. We often run together in the morning, and go for breakfast together after running. When we are running, we feel we are very relaxed, because running can make us forget sorrow and failure temporarily. Furthermore we not only make ourselves keep fit but also have got a lot of fun from running. In general running makes my life more colorful and I will continue to run in my life.
