一、活动背景及目的
春天来了，给万物带来了生机与希望；春天来了，给你我带来了温暖与憧憬；春天来了，让我们想起了自己童年那些快乐的日子；让我们想起了陪我们成长的爷爷、奶奶……
在我们身边，也有许多的爷爷、奶奶，他们由于种种的原因，不得不生活在敬老院中，他们内心充满了孤独，他们渴望社会的关心与帮助！
经济的飞速发展虽然给我们的生活带来了便捷，但又将“空巢老人”这个问题摆在人们面前，曾经“百事孝为先”，可如今却要将“常回家看看”写入老年法，靠法律来给那些孤独的老人一些精神的慰藉。这是值得我们深思的问题。
该是我们行动起来的时候了。老吾老以及人之老，把我们对自己亲人的关爱分出来一小部分给那些内心孤独的老人们，把春天送进他们的心灵，用我们的实际行动，让那些爷爷奶奶，老有所养，老有所依，心中温暖如春。
二、可行性分析
1、泱泱中华，礼义之邦，道德传统，源远流长。敬老孝老，是我们的传统美德，是我们做人的本分。
2、我国现有
1.67亿老人生活在社会这个大家庭中，敬老助老事关千万家，连着你我他。善待今天的老人，就是善待明天的自己。
3、本次活动响应了校团委关于开展“关爱空巢老人‘六个一’志愿服务行动”的号召，让本次活动更具有现实意义。
4、每一位大学生都有一颗炽热的心，相信他们会积极参与本次活动，用实际行动，关爱帮扶身边每一位老人，让敬老助老之风遍及城乡每一个角落。
5、老人们喜欢与孩子接触，这一点也将加大本次活动成功的可能性。
6、 爱心学校将携手十五期党校开展活动，使活动更有开展的价值。

信阳市爱心老人公寓。
五、活动时间
201X年4月17日星期日。
六、活动流程
★前期准备
1、通知各部门干事商讨本次活动。
2、以飞信的形式通知会员本次活动的具体内容并希望他们积极参与到本次活动中来。
3、接受会员的报名，并做好记录，并将参与人员进行分组。
4、准备此次活动要用的物品，如慰问品、劳动工具等。
5、从参与者中征集一些节目，到时为老人表演。
★活动要求
1、所有人员一切听从指挥。
2、参与者与老人言谈交往时，要心怀谦恭，举止礼貌，送上真诚笑容。
3、切实按照校团委关于“关爱空巢老人‘六个一’志愿服务行动”的要求来举办本次活动。
★活动程序
1、所有参与活动的人员按照通知的时间、地点集合，检查携带物品是否齐全，一切就位后准时出发。
2、到达敬老院后各小组及时找到自己的帮扶对象，并将本小组携带的慰问品分发给老人。
3、与结对老人们聊天，给他们讲讲我们的校园生活以及外面发生的新鲜事，并耐心聆听老人的诉说，在聊天的过程中，可以为老做一些力所能及的事情，如为老人梳头，给老人剪指甲等。
4、适时向老人介绍一下日常保健、养生方面的小常识。
5、根据我们的前期调查，在爱心老人公寓生活的老人没有过过生日，本次活动我们将为他们集体过一次生日，祝愿他们健康长寿。
6、 在敬老院的开阔地带，为老人们表演我们精心准备的节目，在文艺节目之间，插入一些适合老人参与的互动环节，让老人们参与进来，在开心快乐中度过美好的时光。
7、当一部分志愿者们表演节目的同时，另一路志愿者们进入老人的房间，帮老人整理内务，打扫室内卫生。
8、表演结束后清理场地。
9、活动接近尾声，参与活动的志愿者们与领导和老人们合影留念。
10、为敬老院留下我们的联系方式，并与他们保持长期的联系，让我们志愿服务真正长期开展下去。

“关爱老人”活动策划书
现代的社会,还有另一阶层——老人阶层，需要社会更多的关注。为了进一步弘扬“助人、奉献”的雷锋精神，管理工程学院院学生会举办以“关爱老人”为主题的活动。活动计划于3月开展，希望得到全院学生的关注和支持，给予老人更多的帮助和温暖。5月19日早上，石龙社工红棉综合服务中心老年人领域社工带领9名志愿者，与石龙敬老院工作人员一起，在石龙博物馆为5月份生日的老人举行“回顾历史，同庆生辰”集体生日会。 敬老院老人由于年事已高，行动不便，没人陪同是很难以走出敬老院的，因此，本次活动特地安排老人走出院舍，进入博物馆，通过博物馆展现的过去与现在的生活图景，帮助老人回顾自己以往人生，同时了解当代社会的变化与进步，引导他们思考过去与现在的不同，通过对比，关注当代的幸福生活，提升对生活的满意感。
在整个活动中，社工及时留意着老人的需求，调动志愿者协助并给老人讲解。虽然参与本次活动的老人有将近40位， 但是整个活动秩序井然。活动结束后送老人回敬老院，社工又安排志愿者跟老人做活动反馈表并与老人分享本次活动感想，很多老人表示，参与本次活动，让他们回想起以前的事，见到了石龙的变化，为今天社会取得的进步感到高兴，希望以后能多走出敬老院。而社工也从本次活动中学习到组织户外活动的宝贵经验。（

五、活动背景:现代社会的许多老人在晚年时期没有子女的陪伴,他们曾经孤独,曾经受冷淡,他们不仅需要物质上的满足,而且更需要精神上的安慰,我们需要发动全院学生关注老人,在生活上,精神上给与更多的关爱，为他们送去温暖带去快乐。
六、活动目的：
通过学生们的努力，确保老人们的身体健康，丰富老人们的精神生活，给老人以温暖和关心。同时充分发挥同学们了解社会、关爱社会、奉献社会的热

七、活动简介：
本次以“关爱老人”为主题的活动，是管理工程学院院学生会举办的，以走进老人的生活、帮老人清洁卫生、为老人表演节目等形式为主要活动内容。让老人感受来自社会的关爱，同时借此扩大社会对老人的关注度。
八、活动流程：
1、前期：
（1） 由管理工程学院院学生会外联部联系辅导员，得到校方同意。
（2）由办公室负责统计参加活动的人数，为志愿者准备工作证和服装。
（3）由文艺部准备表演节目。
（4）由各部门开小会告知参加活动的志愿者注意事项（如：
态度要和蔼、保持微笑、热情等）
2、活动实施：
（1） 活动当天提起通知参加人员在规定时间、规定地点集合，由负责人带领。
（2）到达目的地后，向老人们问好，以三人为一组分成几个小组，到老人住处负责清理卫生，帮他们整理内务、擦桌子等，并与老人下棋、聊天、讲故事，为他们讲解如何保持身体健康和心理健康的知识，让他们感受社会的关心，为他们排解内心的孤独。
（3）打扫卫生以后，志愿者将老人集合在规定地点，由文艺部为老人表演节目，其他志愿者陪老人观看。
（4）外联部在活动期间认真负责采集照片。
（ 5） 组织自愿者集合与老人合影告别，统一带回。
3、后期：
此后，我们将长期与红砖南路老人院保持联系，及时关注老人们的生活状况，并经常探望慰问他们，及时给予帮助。
九、注意事项：
（1） 在整个过程中要态度和蔼，注意志愿者的形象。
（2）打扫卫生时注意安全。

亲爱的老师，同学们：
今天我国旗下讲话的题目是《关爱+热心=优秀》
同学们，现代社会高速发展，作为中学生，“两耳不闻窗外事，一心只读圣贤书”早已out了。《北大清华10堂价值课》一书中这样写到：
“一个优秀的年轻人，绝不是单纯地学习好，北大学生服务总队积极投身支教事业，人人争做一名优秀的志愿者，在他们的身上，高尚的道德品格正在闪光。”想要成为如北大清华学子一样优秀的人才，我们就要有“关爱自然，热心公益”的慈善理念，在关爱自然中体现能力，在公益活动中展现爱心 。
前段时间，我国北方出现今年以来最大范围沙尘天气，华北东南部、黄淮、江淮等地出现雾霾天气，造成北京、天津、河北、江苏、湖北等多省市高速封闭、交通受阻。各地接连出现的雾霾天气，致全城多地空气质量再达严重污染级别，严重影响人民的日常生活和身心健康。环境治理已迫在眉睫，刻不容缓。人类只有一个地球，爱护自然要从自我做起，从现在做起。
同学们，我们是在校中学生，制定环保方针政策，不属我们管；关闭污染企业，我们干不了。那么我们能做些什么来践行“关爱自然、热心公益”的理念呢？在此我发出如下倡议：
一、 提高环保意识，在日常校园生活中，节约用水、用电；跑操时记得随手关灯，下晚自习后记得关掉路灯，自修室人少时少开甚至不开空调，这样不仅可以节省用电，还可以减少污染，降低能源消
耗，还为减缓地球温暖也做出了贡献；就餐时厉行节约，穿着不盲目攀比，做一个环保达人，为关爱自然做出自己的贡献。
二、不把食物带入教室和宿舍内，逐渐养成不吃零食的好习惯，不豢养动物。及时打扫教室、宿舍卫生，不随手丢弃食品和包装袋，少用或不用塑料袋。学会进行垃圾分类，对各类垃圾进行有效回收再利用，把关爱自然落实在点滴生活中。

四、明天是学习雷锋纪念日，我昨天收到一条公益短信，内容是：
“做一件好事不难，难的是做一辈子好事！不是每个人都可以叫雷锋，但是每个人可以当雷锋，做好事，当好人，不图回报，却必有好报”，热心公益随处可见，昨天我去南门口参加无偿献血，看到解放军第二炮兵28位士兵正在献血；看到赣南医学院青年志愿者走上街头维持交通秩序等等。为此，我真切希望同学们伸出你们的双手，在校园中积极参加社团活动，如红之赣青年志愿者、环保志愿者协会，在学习之余，投身公益事业，在帮助他人中收获自己的成长。
同学们，净化心灵，美化校园、健康你我他，创建美丽和谐校园是我校发展和追求的目标之一，但近期在校园中不和谐现象，如不随手关灯、乱扔垃圾、安全指示荧光灯常受袭击、破坏水龙头等等。尤其我特别想强调的是宿舍，宿舍是我们共同的家园，是休息的场所。但近期，我们在检查中发现有些宿舍脏、乱、差，就寝后吵闹、高空抛物损坏花草、宿舍垃圾遍地、气味难闻，浴室等公共财产等常遭到
