Through cooperation within the team, workers complement each other’s weaknesses with their strengths. For one thing, workers can fully bring out their own potentials; for another thing, it can help form a cooperative privity that pushes the further development of the whole innovative and creative process. Only by doing so can the potential creativeness be fully reached and the overall aim of the company be achieved smoothly!
