[摘要] 目的探讨综合护理干预模式对2型糖尿病患者血糖和生活质量的影响。方法选择该院2013年1月—2018年5月40例2型糖尿病患者，纳入观察组（n=20）、对照组（n=20），两组患者均进行对症治疗，并对对照组实行常规护理，对观察组实行综合护理干预。分别对两组患者护理前后的心理量表进行比较，包括汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）以及蒙哥马利抑郁量表（MARDS）的分值变化。同时比较两组患者的血糖指标以及随访1年的生活质量。结果观察组护理后HAMA、SDS、SAS和MARDS得分低于护理前及对照组护理后（P

Effect of General Nursing Intervention Model on the Blood Glucose and Quality of Life of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of general nursing intervention model on the blood glucose and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 40 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 20 cases in each， both groups used the systematic treatment， the control group used the routine nursing， while the observation group used the general nursing intervention， and the mental scale scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups， including the changes of HAMA， SDS， SAS， and MARDS marks， at the same time， the blood indicators and quality of life in 1 year were compared between the two groups.
