在企业的一切资源中,最核心的资源就是人力资源。现如今人才的竞争已经成为企业与企业之间最核心的竞争,但是,如何能留住员工,让员工最大限制的为企业效力,这就用到激励。有效的激励,可以发挥员工的创造性和服务精神,为企业创造收益。然而,由于我国经济水平的影响,受到传统思想观念的制约,我国房地产业员工激励目前还有很多问题,再加上我国员工激励体系还不完善,导致,企业员工的创造性和服务精神不能很好的发挥出来,影响了企业的发展。综合以上原因,本文针对中国房地产业营销协会在员工激励存在的问题,对员工激励问题进行对策研究。

本文研究的目的是想通过对国内外员工激励相关理论进行研究,再根据中国房地产业营销协会在员工激励方面所存在的问题,提出对策,从而为房地产相关企业员工制订激励机制提供参考。

本文在研究方法上,不断坚持理论和实际相结合,综合国内外多种激励理论,结合中国房地产业营销协会员工激励实际存在的情况,来分析和研究中国房地产业营销协会员工激励机制问题的解决对策。文中对中国房地产业营销协会员工激励进行对策研究,也可为其它相关企业制定员工激励机制提供参考,具备普遍研究意义。

The Employee Motivating of CHINAREAL

ESTATE MARKETING ASSOCIATION

ABSTRACT

Human resources are essential in many enterprise resources. Today, competition among enterprises competition is professionals. however, how to retain employees and make employees to maximize services for enterprises? which involves excitation . Motivating can play to their creativity and spirit of service, generate revenue for enterprises to improve efficiency. However, many problems related to employee motivating’s exist, in order to keep pace with thr fast economic development of China and the ideology of people.Fuethermore, the concept of human resource development, in China has evolved lately and falls behind of the modern time. Therefore, many enterprises fail to utilize the enthusiasm and potential of their work force.

The purpose of this research is the study of the status quo at home and abroad staff motivation, combined with the issue of China Real Estate Marketing Association employee motivation, and put forward measures to energize the development of mechanisms for the relevant real estate employees provide references. Firstly, China's real estate industry Marketing Association made a brief introduction, and then the basic concepts and theories of motivation and abroad related incentives were summarized, and finally encourage the problems according to the China Real Estate Marketing Association staff, conduct countermeasures.

This paper argues that improving staff incentives, should pay attention to personnel training, improve the performance appraisal system, to set an example image and increase the intensity of humane care and so on. In order to achieve good results motivate, encourage incentive to pay attention to the material and spiritual incentives combined with intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of combining long-term incentives and short-term incentives combined individual and group incentives combined incentives and positive incentives and negative incentives combined.

In this paper, research methods, adhere to the theory and practice, at home and abroad a variety of theories, combined with China Real Estate Marketing Association employee motivation practical problems to analyze and incentives Research Solutions employees. Strategies article on China Real Estate Marketing Association employee motivation, provide guidance and reference for the design of other employees incentives, it has universal significance.
