摘 要
会展活动作为人类集体性的物质、文化交流活动,从本质上看它是是物质、文化交流的桥梁。它的发展不仅可以推动举办城市的建设,而且对该地区经济的发展起着巨大的促进作用;同时,会展业的成功举办在给举办者和服务者们带来可观的经济利益,也给政府官员的任期政绩添上漂亮的一笔。因此,全面分析影响产业发展因素的情况有着重要的意义。会展业的发展首先表现为会展项目数量的多少和会展项目品牌影响力的高低,本文主要围绕会展项目的成功举办探讨了影响会展业发展的因素,并从流程、市场的需求、软硬件的支持、运行的机制、地理人文的环境、科技信息的发展展台制作与搭建及展馆中的生态化设计、举办的可行性、会展中心的营销创新策略、会展的人性化服务、外部因素,以及会展行业的发展等方面详细讨论了它们对会展项目和会展业发展的影响。
