一、行业现状:

在过去的一年中,家居建材行业由于受大环境楼市低迷、B2C商城价格的冲击以及专属定制家居的走俏,传统家居建材品牌面临房地产不容乐观、竞争日趋激烈、运营成本高昂等因素,另有众多互联网巨头斥资智能家居崭露头角,正是前有狼后有虎的处境,转型升级已经刻不容缓。
