摘 要
随着国务院发布《关于开展新型农村社会养老保险试点的指导意见》,新型农村的养老试点在各个地区开展，在养老待遇的问题上，我国正处于发展中的阶段，很多的政策，决策都还需要探索。探索出一条适合中国国情的养老模式。新型农村养老保险应该怎样去实施，成为各级政府讨论的热门话题。
本文介绍“新农保”的具体政策规定，并且通过分析广东省佛山市禅城区这一“新农保”试点，最后提出完善新型农村养老保险的建议，从而希望对落实该政策有所帮助。
