（新） 工资薪酬个税规定及计算方法

个税=（应发工资-起征点-公积金个人缴存部分-五险个人缴存部分）*适用税率-速算扣除数。

2011年9月前发放工资个人所得税起征点为2000元； 2011年9月发放工资个人所得税起征点为3500元

2011年9月发放工资执行的税率和速算扣除数为：

不超过500元的，税率5%，速算扣除数为0；

超过500元至2000元的部分，税率10%，速算扣除数为25

超过2000元至5000元的部分，税率15 %，速算扣除数为125

超过5000元至20000元的部分，税率20 %，速算扣除数为375

超过20000元至40000元的部分，税率25%，速算扣除数为1375

超过40000元至60000元的部分，税率30%，速算扣除数为3375

超过60000元至80000元的部分，税率35%，速算扣除数为6375

超过80000元至100000元的部分，税率40%，速算扣除数为10375

超过100000元的部分，税率45%，速算扣除数为15375

举例1：

工资张三 应付工资4000元 个人社保300 公积金个人缴纳0

8月计算过程A 税率标准 4000-2000-300=1700>500同时<2000

则税率10 %，速算扣除数为25

B计算个税: 1700*0.10-25=145

C应付税 费后工资:4000-145-300=3555

9月计算过程A 税率标准 4000-3500-300=200<1500

则税率3 %，速算扣除数为0

B计算个税: 200*0.03=6

C应付税 费后工资:4000-6-300=3694

新个税法多领工资3694-3555=139元

举例2：

李四 应付工资2400元 个人交社保费0 公积金个人未缴纳0

8月计算过程A 找税率标准 2400-2000=400<500

则税率5 %，速算扣除数为0

B计算个税: 400*0.05=20

C应付税 费后工资:2400-20=2380元

9月计算过程A 找税率标准 2400-3500=-1100<0

则税率0，速算扣除数为0

B计算个税: 0元

C应付税 费后工资:2400-0=2400元

新个税法多领工资2400-380=20元

举例3：

王五 应付工资:6000元 个人交社保费300 公积金个人未缴纳

8月计算过程

A找税率标准 6000-2000-300=3700>2000同时<5000则税率15 %，速算扣除数为125

B计算个税: 3700*0.15-125=430

C应付税 费后工资:6000-430-300=5270元

9月计算过程

A找税率标准 6000-3500-300=2200>1500同时<4500则税率10 %，速算扣除数为105

B计算个税: 2200*0.10-105=115

C应付税 费后工资:6000-115-300=5585元

新个税法多领工资5585-5270=315元
