Hello, everyone. I`m here today to talk about 1 I became a food reviewer. Well, I`ve always had an interest in food. 2 a child, I was always helping my parents with the cooking. In fact, 3 of them were interested in cooking, so they just made something quick. I 4 (prefer) experimenting with different recipes and materials from around the world to try to create new tastes.

After I left school, I went to college and did a cooking course. I enjoyed every aspect of itthe theory and the practical sides. When I passed my exams, my tutors gave me excellent references 5 I was lucky enough to go straight to a restaurant in London.

I was there for a year, during 6 time I found the speed of the work too fast and too stressful. There was never a time to really think about or appreciate what I was doing. Don`t get me wrong. The cooks there were 7 (absolute) talented and friendly.

Then I did a journalism course at a London college. I met some interesting people,

8 the editor of a food magazine. When she found out about my background, she asked me to write 9 article on healthy eating. This was 10 I had finished my course. That`s probably the beginning of my career. Now I`m thinking about starting my own food magazine.
