摘 要 培养模式是人才培养所采取的教育模式，高等职业教育以培养高素质技术技能人才为目标，应不断创新人才培养模式。在计算机应用技术专业实施“三级递进、四段分层”人才培养模式，其目的是针对计算机应用技术专业面向的主要工作岗位，将人才培养过程分为三个级别、四个阶段，分层培养技术技能人才，全面提高人才培养质量。

Study on a Novel "Three-Stage Combined with Four-Level" Talents Training Mode for Computer Technology Application in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract Talents Training Mode is the method used in cultivating personnel. Since the aim of higher vocational education is to train well-qualified technical talent， it is required to develop novel talents training modes. A mode named "three-stage combined with four-level" is proposed for the specialty of computer technology application. The objective of this training mode is to divide the talent training process into three stages and four levels considering most of the professions for computer technology application. Therefore， the quality of technical talents can be effectively improved.
