We know that there are too many net-bars(网吧) around us .The Internet can make our lives interesting and enjoyable. Many of us like getting online very much because we can learn how to use the computer and get more information from the Internet. We can learn English. We can read some good newspapers and magazines. It can make us clever in playing computer games. I can send e-mails to our friends quickly. We can chat(聊天)online with our friends. It can help us get in touch with(取得联系) people from all over the world. But some students spend too much time in playing computer games and some stay in the net bars all day and all night. As a result, they do worse and worse in their lessons and they don’t study well any more. I think we mustn’t go online when it is time for us to study. We can do it in summer or winter holidays.

Everyone knows that there is a very important sports meeting in the world called the Olympic Games. It’s held once every four years.

As a Chinese student, I should be friendly to them. At first, English is very important for me. I should learn English well so that I can help foreign visitors. It’s very good for you if you are interested in English. You will find studying English is interesting and helpful. One more thing, remember, “Practice makes perfect.”
五. How to Keep Healthy （健康题材）
As we know, keeping healthy is important to us. But what should we do to keep healthy?
First, we should get up early. We should eat healthy food, drink a lot of water and do more exercise. Food can give us energy. Doing exercise can make us strong. Second, we should change clothes often, wash hands often, keep the air fresh and clean and do house cleaning often to stop germs from getting into our bodies. You shouldn’t keep long fingernails. At last, we should go to see a doctor at once if we don’t feel well.

We have TV sets, washing machines, fridges, even computers, cars etc. We’ll study harder and make our country stronger and more beautiful.
It is reported that the world’s population was 6 billion in the year 2,000, and it is growing faster and faster. The world’s population problem is the greatest one because it brings lots of problems, such as water resources problem, more and more people losing their jobs and so on. These problems are mainly in the developing countries because the population of the developing countries is over 4/ 5 of the world’s population. So China, the largest developing country, has kept the policy “one couple, one child.”
十二（1）.Saving the Earth （地球题材）
As time goes by, man is making the earth sick. People cut down too many trees and leave rubbish everywhere. Factories let out their waste without doing anything to it. This has caused some serious problems. Such as :the land is sandy, the river is dirty, the air is less clean, even the temperature of the earth is rising. What should we do to save the earth? My suggestion is that we should plant more trees, put rubbish into dustbins and stop factories pouring wastewater directly into the air or rivers. In all, we have only one earth, we should do our best to protect it, or we will regret.（后悔）
（2）Saving Our City
It is very important to deal with the rubbish in cities. Rubbish must be thrown away or reused properly. Or it may cause a lot of problems. It may pollute the air and water. People may get ill when they breathe the polluted air or drink the polluted water. Our city has started to face the problem. Some rubbish is sorted and sent to a certain place. Waste gas is cleaned before it goes into the air. Wastewater is also cleaned before it is poured into rivers. People should be prevented from throwing rubbish everywhere. We should try our best to take care of our environment and fight against pollution.

Good environment can make people feel happy and fit. To improve the environment means to improve our life. We should plant more trees and flowers around us. We shouldn’t cut them down. We should stop factories from pouring wastewater into the river and waste gas into the air. Whenever we see litter on the ground, we should pick it up and throw it into dustbins. Never spit in public. Don’t draw on public walls. It’s our duty to protect the environment.

My school life is very interesting. I usually get up at a quarter past six. After washing face, I read English about half an hour. I think it’s a good habit. I always go to school by bike, eat lunch at school and have a short rest in the classroom. The classes always end at about 5 o’clock. After school, we often play basketball or do some sports on the playground happily. I go home at about five forty. After supper, I watch TV for a while, and then I finish my homework.
