Methods 60 patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency ulcerative colitis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups，with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional western medicine，while the observation group was added with Chaishao Liujun decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine. The clinical efficacy，symptom relief time，symptom score，inflammatory factor level，quality of life score，and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate was 96.67% in the observation group，which was higher than 80.00% in the control group（P0.05）. The symptom relief time for abdominal pain，diarrhea，hemafecia -and other symptoms in the observation group were significantly shorter than
those in the control group（P0.05）. After treatment，the scores of abdominal pain，diarrhea，and hemafecia in the observation group were lower than those of the control group; the CRP，IL-6，and PCT of the observation group were lower than those of the control group; the quality of life scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group（all P0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 3.33%，which was lower than 6.67% in the control group，and the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Chaishao Liujun decoction can be used in patients with ulcerative colitis with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type，which can better relieve symptoms in a time manner，relieve inflammation，and help improve the quality of life of patients with higher clinical efficacy and safety. [Key words] Ulcerative colitis; Liver depression and spleen deficiency type; Chaishao Liujun decoction; Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine 溃疡性结肠炎是临床常见的一种胃肠道病变，主要是指发生于结肠的溃疡性炎性病变，具有高发病率，患者发病后伴有腹痛、腹泻、便血等症状，严重影响患者的日常生活，导致其生活质量下降[1-3]。溃疡性结肠炎的常规西药治疗多选择美沙拉嗪，可在一定程度上缓解症状，但部分患者单纯西药治疗无法取得满意疗效，而近年来，中西医结合疗法治疗溃疡性结肠炎取得了良好的进展，肝郁脾虚型是溃疡性结肠炎的主要中医证型，常用中药方剂为柴芍六君汤。本研究为探讨在西药基础上加用柴芍六君汤治疗肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效，针对我院2021年1月～2021年3月肝郁脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎60例患者进行研究，现报道如下。 1 资料与方法
