基于电控液压制动系统的汽车
防抱死制动性能研究

【摘要】为了考察基于电控液压制动系统的防抱死控制性能,首先在分析电控液压制动系统的压力流量特性的基
础上,建立电控液压制动系统防抱死制动模型,然后提出了基于电控液压制动系统的防抱死控制方法,并对电控液压制
动系统防抱死控制性能进行仿真分析。得到如下结论:相比于基于传统液压制动系统的防抱死控制系统,在基于电控 液压制动系统的防抱死控制下,实际滑移率一直保持在期望滑移率附近并维持较小幅度震荡,这表明电控液压制动系 统能够明显提高汽车的防抱死控制性能。

【Abstract】In order to investigate anti—lock control pefrormance based on electronic hydraulic brake system,ifrst of all,
based on the analysis of electric hydraulic pressure flow characteristics of the braking system on the basis of the anti—lock braking of electic hydraulirc brake system model is established,and then puts forward the anti—lock braking control method based on the electronic hydraulic brake system,and the electric control hydraulic anti—lock braking system control performance simulation analysis.Get the following conclusion:compared with the traditional hydraulic braking system based anti—lock control system,based on the electric control hydraulic pressure under the control of anti—lock braking system,the actual sliding rate has
remained near the expected sliding rate and to maintain smaller oscillation amplitude,this shows that the electic hydraulirc brake control system can obviously increase the automobile braking performance.
