【摘要】目的：分析腓总神经损伤患者经肌电生物反馈治疗的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析笔者所在医院2014年6月-2015年9月收治的48例腓总神经损伤患者的临床资料，将患者分为观察组（24例）与对照组（24例）。对照组给予常规药物治疗，观察组给予常规药物及肌电生物反馈治疗，治疗前后采用FMA评定下肢功能，MCRR评定神经恢复情况，对比两组临床疗效。结果：治疗后，观察组FMA评分、腓总神经功能恢复优良率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of EMG biofeedback therapy in patients with common peroneal nerve injury.Method：The clinical data of 48 patients with common peroneal nerve injury in our hospital from June 2014 to September 2015 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into observation group（24 cases） and control group（24 cases）.The control group was treated with conventional drugs，and the observation group was treated with conventional drugs and EMG biofeedback therapy.FMA was used to evaluate the function of lower limbs before and after treatment.MCRR was used to assess the neurological recovery situation and the clinical curative effect was compared.Result：After treatment，the FMA score and the good rate of neurological function recovery of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P
