【摘 要】新时代迎来了高等教育教学的新变革，随之，高校体育也引来了新的变革，顺应应用型这个方向进行了有针对性的调整培养，本文对当前应用型高校体育教学与健康教育方面进行探析，旨在为应用型高校体育教育工作提供一点参考。
