诗人简介
约翰·克莱尔JohnClare(1793～1864英国19世纪浪漫主义时期诗人，曾获得“北安普顿的诗人”的美誉，被冠之于“农民诗人”。据估计克莱尔一生写了3500首诗，多以植物、动物、家乡以及爱情等主题。在情感与家庭生活方面，他未能与初恋情人Mary走到一起尽管他致死不忘；27岁时他娶妻生子，但他通过写诗所赚的钱无法较好养活妻子与七个孩子，更可悲的是这位高产作家因患精神病在医院里住了几乎半生,直到死去。

暗恋
少时暗恋在心坎，蝇声绕耳添忧烦；情迷意乱生哀怨，泪眼不堪丽日煊：怯睹丽容空牵挂，倩影处处露芳华；沿途瞥见野花绽，俯身吻别几回看。幽谷青青幸逢君，蓝铃花开晨露凝：微风轻拂蓝眸灿，游蜂亲吻恋歌赞。一束阳光穿林过，金链辉煌绕颈脖；幽秘声声野蜂曲，伊人躺过长夏去。原野小镇我藏爱，弱柳扶风心病来；

蜂鸣飘渺歌声休，蝇声低沉像狮吼；万籁俱寂有人语，不绝如缕长夏去。自然奥秘辞难穷，谜底深藏暗恋中。（峨以译）

诗歌赏析
Mary是克莱尔的初恋情人，她风姿绰约，魅力无穷，令诗人一见钟情饱受相思之苦。但是年轻人不仅不敢向姑娘吐露心迹，甚至不敢看她一眼，即使被暗恋折磨得憔悴不堪，也永不放弃这种精神恋爱，活脱脱地勾勒一幅单相思的自画像。而这种心态描写，正是通过自然景色、蜂蝇鸣叫与人物心境结合等意象，刻画出了爱情的唯美画面。全诗为抑扬格四音步，双行押韵。
